• Identify and illustrate the preparation of federal and state forms required for each business entity type. • Provide tips on how to minimize taxable income for each business entity type. • Explain, and illustrate how to compute, the federal Qualified Business Income Tax deduction allowance for pass-through businesses. Our intent is to inform you, the business owner, so that you will be better equipped to interact with your tax preparer. |
